Territorial field of application

[modifier | modifier le wikicode](1) Any Contracting State may declare in its instrument of ratification or accession, or may inform the Government of ... by written notification any time thereafter, that this Convention shall be applicable to one or more of the territories for the external relations of which it is responsible.
Any declaration made under the preceding paragraph shall take effect on the same date as the ratification or accession in which it was included; any notification shall take effect six months after the latter has been received by the Government of ... .
(2) The Government of ... shall inform all the Governments of the Contracting States of the declarations and notifications referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.

Denunciation - Revocation of declarations

(2) Any Contracting State may at any time declare that the Convention shall cease to apply to some or to all of the territories in respect of which it has made a declaration or given a notification pursuant to Article f. Subject to the reservation laid down in paragraph 1, such declaration shall take effect one year after the date on which notification thereof has been given to the Government of ... Languages

[modifier | modifier le wikicode](1) The present Convention shall be drawn up in a single original in the English, French and German languages, to be deposited in the archives of the Government of ..., the three texts being equally authentic.
(2) Official texts of the present Convention may be drawn up in the official languages of other Contracting States.

Transmission of certified true copies

[modifier | modifier le wikicode]A certified true copy of the present Convention shall be transmitted by the Government of ... to the Governments of all signatory or acceding States.
The Government of ... shall register this Convention with the Secretariat of the United Nations.
In witness whereof, the Plenipotentiaries authorised thereto, having presented their Full Powers, found to be in good and due form, have signed the present Covention.
