Revision of the Financial Articles - Liechtenstein
[modifier | modifier le wikicode]Liechtenstein was admitted to the Conference at its 5th meeting. It is understood that that State has no patent applications filed in that State but that all Swiss patents automatically run in Liechtenstein. Accordingly, it is impossible to work out, in accordance with either variant of Article 44, the scale position of Liechtenstein. The Chairman therefore proposes that in circumstances such as these an ad hoc contribution should be fixed by the Administrative Council. To provide for this he proposes the following amendments to the text of the draft Treaty as suggested by the Chairman:
