I. The Plenipotentiaries of the following States signed the Convention on the Grant of European Patents at Munich on 5 October 1973 (1):
- the Kingdom of Belgium - the Kingdom of Denmark - the Federal Republic of Germany - the Hellenic Republic (with all the reservations specified in Article 167 and subject to ratification) - the French Republic - Ireland - the Italian Republic - the Principality of Liechtenstein - the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg - the Kingdom of the Netherlands - the Kingdom of Norway - the Swiss Confederation - the Kingdom of Sweden - the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
II. The Plenipotentiaries of the following States signed the Final Act of the Conference at Munich on 5 October 1973:
- the Kingdom of Belgium - the Kingdom of Denmark - the Federal Republic of Germany - the Hellenic Republic - the Spanish State - the French Republic
